Product access and compatibility
Your subscription provides access to the selected Grind Solutions product with the features and compatibility described at purchase. Future features, custom changes and compatibility with future third-party updates are not guaranteed.
Each product works only with the specific game server identified on its product page, unless expressly stated otherwise. Check that you are purchasing the correct product for your server.
Additional product specifications and required or recommended settings for peak functionality are available in the Grind Solutions Discord. Review these before purchasing and follow the setup instructions.
Changes to games, servers, operating systems or other third-party services may affect functionality. Updates may take time, and continued compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
Game and server rules
You must have permission to use automation and comply with the applicable game and server rules. Grind Solutions does not promise undetectability or protection from warnings, kicks, bans or other account restrictions.
Licence and device restrictions
Each subscription permits use on one device at a time. You must not share, lend, transfer or resell your licence key or subscription access.
Request a hardware ID (HWID) reset by opening a support ticket in the Grind Solutions Discord. We may verify ownership before resetting a device. A reset does not permit use on multiple devices.
Refunds and your consumer rights
We do not offer refunds solely because you change your mind, stop using the product, or no longer want your subscription. Third-party changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund; any entitlement will be assessed under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel through Manage subscription to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
Privacy and agreement records
Discord sign-in identifies your account and links it to your subscription, licence and support tickets. Stripe processes payments and billing.
We record the information needed to administer your purchase, including your Discord identifier, checkout email, selected product and plan, subscription and payment references, the terms version you accepted and the acceptance date and time.
These records are held privately and accessed by authorised staff and service providers as needed to operate the service, provide support and meet legal obligations. Discord, Stripe and our hosting providers process relevant information to provide their services.
We do not store your full payment-card number or card security code. We retain personal information only for as long as needed for these purposes or legal requirements.
